- Cook sweet potato for 5 to 8 minutes in the microwave.
- Slice the stew into small chunks.
- Using vegetable oil cook stew pieces for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Reserve drippings and remove beef chunks.
- Dice sweet potato.
- Heat drippings in low flame. Add flour water to make a thick gravy.
- Add sweet potato, carrot, green beans and meat in gravy and stir it
- Cook till carrots tender.
- Serve cool to your dogs as an occasional treat.
- Store remaining in the fridge up to 5 days.
